This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Mediavo, Inc. (“Mediavo,” “we” or “us”) treats the information we collect from users of our websites, as well as any of the services or products that may be offered on our websites by Mediavo from time to time (collectively, the “Offerings”). By using our Offerings, you expressly consent to Mediavo’s collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy. If you disagree with anything in this Policy, you may not use the Offerings. Your use of the Offerings further indicates that you have read and understood this Policy and indicates your agreement to abide by the Terms of Service in effect and to be subject to this Policy. As such, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us. Thus, while we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.
Your California Privacy Rights.
- California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us by email and include your name and the address to which you would like us to respond and that this is a request pursuant to the User’s California Privacy Rights.

- We may need change this Policy from time to time to address new issues and to reflect changes to our Offerings.
